The Dove Inn:

'Tucked in the countryside, The Dove is a relaxed, characterful spot for good drinks and great company. Our occasional guest chef evenings bring seasonal flavours to the table. Whether you're here for a quiet pint or a pop-up dinner, The Dove offers a warm escape from the everyday.'

The Dove reached out asking for something to put on each of their tables which would include the following:

• Wifi details including a QR code to directly connect
• Their social media handle
• A table number
• A QR code to link directly to their website

Having given The Dove some options for the form this sign could take, they settled on this sleek and professional design, ordered in Oak (pictured in MDF):

The dove, having been inspired by these examples, provided their own design for each side. This saved a great amount of time in design iteration and allowed me to deliver 25 of these within 3 days. It also helped that the dove is relatively local to me so actually getting the products to them was made easier. The Dove's design within my machine's software can be seen below:

These files are set up in such a way that once one has finished, I can simply flip the material over and the laser will engrave the other side in perfect alignment.

This was the second run of similar products I have done for The Dove. The original order was for their 14 rooms. The dove wanted to include:

• Wifi information for guests
• A QR code leading to tripadvisor
• Social media handles.

This initial order was completed in time for the pub's opening under its new ownership and on budget. This then led to them requesting a new run for the pub's tables.

• Materials:
  • MDF - the cheapest but also worst looking
  • Oak Veneer - looks good but slightly more expensive
  • Cherry Veneer - looks good and is a similar price to oak
• The aproximate cost for one is between £3 and £5. Please get in touch to find a price that suits your needs.
• Turn around time will vary from order to order but is unlikely to be more than 3 weeks depending on quantity and design work needed.
• The standard size for this product is 85mm wide x 143mm tall and the base size is 95mm wide x 50mm deep
